Delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Most orders arrive within 10–15 days of purchase. Your wrap ships from our fulfillment partner's international warehouse, which is why delivery takes a little longer than a domestic order.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to show movement after the label is created.
Where we ship
We currently focus on the United States. If you're ordering from another country, the available shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout.
Delays and lost packages
Holidays and carrier volume can occasionally add a few days. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of purchase, email us at carlosfermin2003@gmail.com and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away; we can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped yet.
